Refund policy

f you wish to exchange or return any items then you can cancel your order within 30 days of delivery to arrange a full refund or an exchange (to same value).   The complete gift box will need to be returned within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to return your gift.  To be eligible for a return, your gift box must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will need to return the item(s) unused and with original packaging to:  Little Box of Joy, 7 Clos Y Fferm, Parc Derwen, Coity, CF35 6DX.

We would appreciate it if you could give us a reason for your return to enable us to monitor customer satisfaction.  We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. .

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund request is accepted, any sum debited to us from your credit card or Paypal account will be credited to your account within 30 days of your order provided that the goods are received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. 

If you have requested a refund for your order, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that any personalised products cannot be returned.
