How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
As all of our gift boxes are hand packed, orders typically take 1-2 working days to get ready to ship. Please then allow an additional 1-3 working days for our courier to ship your order depending on your delivery preference. You will be notified of the delivery details by email or text. Can my gift be delivered on a specific day?
If you would like your gift delivered on a specific day please send us an email at email@example.com and we will do our very best to make this happen! If you would like your gift to be opened on a specific day we can add a custom note to the front of the package which reads ‘Please don’t open until........’ Please request this option at check out and add a note within the personalised message area.
Can my gift box be delivered directly to the recipient?
Absolutely! You can select the shipping address at check-out.
Whats inside each gift box?
Great care is taken when curating every single Little Box of Joy, so we deliver exactly what you see on the product pages unless you’ve asked us to change a particular item. On the rare occasion that we are out of stock on any of the items within your gift box we will contact you personally and offer alternative options of equal or greater value.
Can I add a personalised message to my order?
Every gift box contains a complimentary note which you can choose to leave blank or we can add a special hand written message for you. You can add the message you would like us to write during the check out process.
Can I order multiple gift boxes to be delivered to different addresses?
If you would like gift boxes delivered to different addresses then please submit each order separately or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to help.
Do you include any receipts or invoices in the gift box?
Your gift box will be treated like a present with no traces of prices or receipts in it. You will receive an order confirmation in an email with all the details.
How will the gift box be packaged?
All gifts are packaged in a bespoke box which we really hope you will reuse. Each box is posted in a postage carton to ensure it is kept looking beautiful for the recipient.
Do you create bespoke gift boxes?
This is one of our favourite parts of our job and we absolutely love creating bespoke gift boxes. Whether you just want to swap a product or you’re looking for a truly unique gift for that special occasion just get in touch with us at email@example.com and we can get creative.

What is your returns policy?
We hope that your recipient loves their gift box, however if you are unhappy and would like to return your gift box then this must be done with all the items in their original unused condition and original packaging within 14 days of delivery. If you do wish to return a gift box it is your responsibility to use a secure postage method and suggest for your peace of mind we recommend you obtain proof of postage or use a signed for method. We are unable to accept returns on personalised items.
My gift box has arrived and some of the items are damaged?
We take every care when packaging our products to ensure they don’t become damaged in transit, however, if this is the case, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the gift box and we can arrange an exchange or refund.

We have 2 box sizes:
Standard: 280 x 220 x 110mm
Mini: 235 x 170 x 100mm
