- Pricing Policy
Little Box of Joy make every effort to ensure that the pricing and other information displayed on this website is correct and up to date. However, if an error in the pricing of a product or any other error is found Little Box of Joy cannot be held responsible. The user acknowledges that information, products and services on this website may include errors or inaccuracies.
- Postage & Packaging
Postage and packaging costs to the UK and overseas is shown in the Delivery page.
- Contract
Full payment for the Little Box of Joy goods and services must be received before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received a confirmation of your order will be sent by email to the email address provided by yourself. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Please check this confirmation email carefully and notify us immediately by email if there are any errors. Please submit these details as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
– We have insufficient stock
– We cannot deliver to your area
– There are adverse circumstances outside our control
– One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we have to cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any compensation for any disappointment suffered.
- Refunds & Exchanges
If you wish to exchange or return any items then you can cancel your order within 30 days of delivery to arrange a full refund or an exchange (to same value). The complete gift box will need to be returned within 30 days of notifying us. To be eligible for a return, your gift box must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will need to return the item(s) unused and with original packaging to: Little Box of Joy, 7 Clos Y Fferm, Parc Derwen, Coity, CF35 6DX
We would appreciate it if you could give us a reason for your return to enable us to monitor customer satisfaction. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. .
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund request is accepted, any sum debited to us from your credit card or Paypal account will be credited to your account within 30 days of your order provided that the goods are received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
If you do not return the goods or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and was shipped directly to you as a gift recipient, we will issue the refund to the purchaser and he/she will find out about your return.
- Customer Details
We never sell or pass on our customer details. In addition we do not store customers’ credit card details. If you pay online then your payment will be processed by Shopify or PayPal's secure encrypted system which means that we never even see your credit or debit card details.
- Cookies
This website, like other online stores, uses cookies to gather anonymous statistics about how visitors use the site and to store browsing information which enables you to use our shopping cart and checkout. By using our website you agree that we can place cookies on your device e.g. computer, tablet, etc.. The entire liability of Little Box of Joy for any claim shall not exceed the price of the products or services supplied by Little Box of Joy. Every effort has been made to ensure that this website is free from any computer viruses or similar. However Little Box of Joy or their agents cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred by using this website.
In no event will Little Box of Joy, their employees, contractors, suppliers, agents, affiliates, website designer, Shopify or assigns be liable to ANY party for any indirect or direct or consequential or incidental costs arising out of or in connection with this agreement, web content or website links.
